This group of roses is like a potluck supper, a little of this and a little of that. Parentage, hardiness, and characteristics of these roses are not similar enough to put them into an existing classification and the characteristics of these roses differ enough from each other that they are left with this ambiguous grouping. Most are fairly hardy and have recurrent bloom.

 

Alexander Mackenzie:1 & 2 Red repeat bloomer with light fragrance, up to 5' in height.

Chinatown 1 & 2
Folksinger 1 & 2: This rose was developed by Dr. Griffith Buck.  Repeat bloomer with upright form.   Fragrant, pale, yellow flowers.  3' to 5', Zone 4
MME.Legras de St. Germain: 1, 2  & 3This rose is thought to have originated in or around 1846.  Its parentage is unknown for sure, but is believed to have derived from non-recurrent noisettes.
